Comment: I've had this mouse for a few weeks now and it's great. Haven't had any problems with the thumb buttons not working while gaming (not sure if it matters but my OS is Vista). The in-game sensitivity switching is great. I typically use the 'middle' setting while in Windows, and when I play Team Fortress 2 I switch to the fastest setting, very convenient.
The mouse is comfortable and does what its supposed to do. It's wired, which is why I bought it (have had bad experiences with wireless mice for gaming in the past).
So, I give this 5 stars. I just hope it lasts a couple years...
